Wickside is a canal-side project on the edge of London's Olympic Park. The project is bringing much needed regeneration to a derelict site of over 7 acres.

The wickside proposal creates a high-quality mixed-use quarter, whilts retaining the heritage buildings that add character to the area. The creation of a new linear park, accompanied by new streets, puts placemaking in focus with this development.

The project will deliver approximately 500 homes across a diverse mix of house types ranging from apartments and penthouses to garden studios and terraced houses.

The provision of commenrcial spaces such as an art gallery, shops, foundary, creative studios and a brewery will provide job opportunities in the area.

The project is on site and is being delivered by the working drawings team.
