The scheme accommodates 41 homes and has been designed to respect and make reference to its context, whilst providing modern living space. The warehouse façade comfortably sits within the streetscape, responding to both the site geometry and environmental requirements of the internal spaces. Above the sixth storey the massing is reduced to satisfy daylighting objectives and to create private and communal terraces for the upper storeys. Multi-storey flexible commercial space provides light and spacious working environments through the use of light wells and full height glazing. Circus themed offices and large café areas animate communal spaces.
