A residential led mixed-use development located alongside Russia Dock Woodland in the London Borough of Southwark. The site forms part of a wider regeneration initiative including the Canada Water Area Action Plan.
The design focuses on the integration of the site into the existing context, creating a transition zone between the woodland and urban context, complementing and enhancing Russia Dock Woodland. This is achieved by creating a series of finger blocks that externd away from the street with landscaped courtyards between the finger blocks so a view of the woodland between the buildings from the street is maintained. The landscape areas also provide an attractive outlook as well as providing amenity for residents.
Planning permission was granted in March 2012 for the Woodland Views Ltd. Quadrant Construction on behalf of London&Quadrant commenced construction in 2013, and the final phase completed in 2018
