Alongside the SilverthorneLane Masterplan application approved by the Secretary of State on 13/04/22, this is the re-development of Plot 6 with new architectural and public realm ambitions to transform this derelict site into a new energetic part of vibrant city.
Plot 6 proposes for theredevelopment of this site, rich in industrial history, alongside the Feeder Canal. The proposals presents the opportunity to create a well-connected and highquality student accommodation scheme that responds well to the context, produces a lasting legacy within Bristol and is fully integrated into the wider Silverthorne Lane masterplan with the neighbouring school, residential development and new University campus.
The development will showcase a modern and exciting student accommodation scheme. Highquality architecture and external landscaping will create a vibrant student community, stitched into the masterplan proposal and its’ frontage with the Feeder Canal.
