This mixed-use scheme is set within a conservation area and has been carefully designed to integrate with the surrounding vernacular.
A new public square sits in the centre of the site will provide a new accessible public space with high quality landscaping that provides new routes through the site providing new connections and improved permeability through this part of London.
The site includes a Methodist Church and a cafe. This church is a replacement for the one that stood on site the site before demolition. The design includes a vertical emphasis Critall style windows and a saw tooth roof design that references the local industrial heritage of the area. The maximum height of the building is elevebn storeys.
We have been working on the scheme from Stage 4 onwards. The started on site in 2021 and is due to be completed in October 2023.
