Furniture Land, North Finchley has recently been completed. We recieved planning approval in 2012 for a mixed use scheme comprising of sixty residential flats of 5 storeys with B1 use, and 61 car parking spaces with a landscaped amenity deck over the car parking.
The scheme features cantilevered elements, full length randomised windows and deep set reveals and brass panels. The cantilevered elements, stepping elevation and different cladding systems provide rhythm and divide the front elevation into smaller elements.
